I’d been happy enough with HTC’s built-in messaging client.

Was it fancy? No. Did it do what I needed? Yeah, I guess so.

Then, I read how there were reports of the same memory-leak problem that affected HTC mail also affecting HTC messaging. The memory-leak bug (or whatever it is) nearly brought my phone to its knees; switching to K9 mail was smart, and worked so much better!

Switching to Handcent SMS also seems like something I should have done weeks ago. Well, I took the plunge last week, and although I had not had any confirmed problems with the HTC client, Handcent is SO much better!

There are a variety of display styles — my favorite may be the most boring, but it fits the most text onto the screen real-estate:

one style of conversation

If you need to type one-handed, you can also get the Handcent keyboard for normal, and t9-style data entry:

I like the pop-up widget for new messages (you can also scroll through previous messages), although I sometimes have a hard time closing the window. The normal display widget is a pretty good interface, too — takes up less space than the HTC widget, and displays more info. My Incredible does have a large screen, but it’s so easy to fill up, you know?

I find the Handcent widget to be quite useful

There are also a bunch of font-packs to change the display styles, if you’re in to that sort of thing. I’m not, so I can’t say how well they work or look.

The credit loans are useful for people, which are willing to start their own business. By the way, it is comfortable to receive a college loan.
